Return Policy

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• Return Period: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Eligible Items: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear and personal hygiene products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Electronics once opened or used

Note: Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• COD Orders: Eligible for refund via bank transfer. We will contact you for your bank details.

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us. We’ll arrange an exchange based on stock availability. If not available, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
